فيلم درباره زندگي شهيد آيت‌الله محمد باقر صدر و مبارزه او عليه صدام و دولتش ستمگر اوست. در دهه 1950 و 60 کمونيسم و آتئيسم به شدت همه‌گير شده بود. صدر و همراهانش جنبش متفاوتي را راه انداختند تا ايمان را در بين مردم به شيوه‌هاي مدرن گسترش دهند. مبارزات صدر وقتي شدت گرفت که او از تلاش براي خواسته‌‌اش يعني زندگي آزادانه و با شرافت مردم و حمايتش از انقلاب اسلامي ايران دست برنداشت.
Film is about life and martyrdom of Ayatollah Mohammed Baqir Al-Sader, and his struggle against tyrant Saddam and his government. In the 1950s and 60s Atheism and communism was widely spread. Sader and his companions start a counter flow movement to spread faith in modern ways. Led by Saddam's ambitions, they target scholars and believers in Iraq, concentrating on Sader and his followers. Struggle escalates as Sader refuses to back off of his demands to let people live free with dignity, and his support to Iranian revolution.
